Yellow Butterfly on Foxgloves
This is what I see in my garden in spring. Foxgloves, alium, hostas, bees, butterflies and snails. I always try to be accurate when designing flowers, I like the fact that people can recognise which flowers they are looking at. I thrive on intricate shapes, and details, but I have to be selective. When cutting card, you have to apply pressure so the scalpel cuts through but does not tear the paper, which limits the details a little bit. However, the overall look is what is important.

Part of a series of 6 originals, this is the third one, as I make them on demand.
