Wild Flowers Meadow

Down to ground level with the ants on this one. There is a satisfying chaos, where plants are pulling and pushing against each other, but they all have their space and are still able to thrive. The view of the fields in the distance is inspired from my walk to the top of the hill in Little Eaton in Derbyshire. I started on this picture in 2020, and I thought it was finished then, but there was something bothering me with it, so I reworked it in 2024, replaced some fabrics with better ones, added some details, and changed the black frame for a white one. Looks even better now
