Lace-Caps Hydrangeas

So, intricately cut out with a scalpel, it was almost too difficult, but as the saying goes, once I started I had to finish. More than a year later I looked at it again, and of course revised it, and I think I improved it!!

Inspired by the few bushes in my garden, these hydrangeas are so delicate, and not all of the flower head develops into wide petals. Some stay like small buds, which I really like.

Hand-cut from one piece of black card with added fabric and embroidery.

Includes a white mount as part of the image, unframed: Approx. A1 size £750

or White wood frame with low reflection, high UV protection glass: £900
